Benefits Of Working With Us

Strategic Development Plan

SSGM finalized the plan for the review of the 2020 – 2030 strategic development plan, and currently talking to a consultant to be hired to review the strategic development plan.

Monitoring & Evaluation Programs

Six monitoring exercises visits were conducted in 2021 and the project sites visited are in West Coast, Lower River Region, North Bank Region and Central River Regions where the Soil Doctors Programme is intervening to monitor activities of the programme and providing technical backstopping.

Proposal Development on Saline Agriculture

The Soil Solution, host one of the most important and interesting programme in the Gambia. The Soil Doctor Programme (SDP), is a farmer-to-farmer training initiative that was developed by the Global Soil Partnership (GSP).

Soil Sampling And Surveys

The Survey was basically targeting some few soil parameters so as to have some knowledge of the fertility of the soil and to neutralize any soil problem recommended by the survey.
